BLESSINGS OF PROTECTION
In the fear of the Lord there is strong confidence, And His children will have a place of refuge.- proverbs 14:26
My daughter always have the habit of protecting her things. When she comes back home, she never fails to keep her things back in its own protected place. Her watch has a box, bag has a cover, shoes has a box and a stand, her violin always back to its box with complete protection and this applies to everything right from her smallest clip to her most expensive things. Everything is protected. I used to think always. “My daughter protects everything of hers very carefully, Is she protected from the dangers that ensnares her?” And my heart always responds with great and strong confidence a big “yes” as she has a place of refuge in the Lord. She fears the Lord and loves the Lord and so, she has all the complete protection.
It is not the martial arts that protects her but she is protected by the blood of the Lamb! She is protected by the word of the Lord! She is protected by claiming the promises of God. As a mother i don’t have any fear and anxiety about my daughter’s future as she is holding the hands of the Lord who knows her future. Her future is protected and safe in the warmth of her beloved saviour. How much blessed am I as a mother!
Dearly beloved, are you anxious about the protection of your life or about your children’s life? Place it in the feet of the Lord. He is the perfect valentine for all of us. He has promised us that He has kept us as the apple of His eye. when somebody touches us he touches the apple of Our Lord’s eyes. Parents can’t protect us all the time, though they wish to. Surrender your life to Lord. Why do you have to worry when your protector is always watching you? We are indeed blessed.
Blessed are we who cry for help
in the midst of trouble,
when fear grips the heart and slows the breath,
for You are our God and we are your people
come quickly to save us.
come with all power and might to help us.
Blessed are we who say o God:
we remember how we used to gather and sing
and praise You with joyful hearts
we call to mind Your loving kindness
and the good days You gave us in times past.
Our Lord is our shield and Refuge. I encourage every brother and sister to hold the hands of the Heavenly Father who has promised us that He will be with us wherever we go. Be it dark or light, be it alone with no one with us Jehovah Nissi is with us. Immanuel is with us. Just fear him and be true to HIM.
Prayer: Loving Lord, You showed us what true love is by sending your only begotten son to this world for our sake. We thank and praise you Lord, For you alone are our valentine. We commit our life and our children’s life into your precious hands. Protect us and bless us. In Christ Jesus’s most precious name. Amen
